Welcome to PawNow. These Terms of Service govern your use of the PawNow website and your purchase of products through our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT PAWNOW
PawNow is an online pet-care store offering pet food, treats, litter, grooming products, accessories and curated pet-care combos for customers within our service area.
2. ORDERS
You may place an order through our website by selecting products, adding them to your cart and completing checkout.
Orders are accepted only after successful payment and confirmation by PawNow.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if:
- A product is unavailable at the time of fulfilment;
- The displayed product information or price contains an obvious error;
- The delivery address is outside our service area;
- We are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons; or
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Product images are for representation and actual packaging may vary slightly.
As PawNow operates a local fulfilment model, product availability may change between the time an order is placed and fulfilment.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.
Online payment is required at checkout. PawNow does not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
Payment processing is handled through our authorised payment service provider. PawNow does not store your complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
5. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The minimum order value for delivery is ₹399.
For eligible orders:
- Orders from ₹399 to ₹798: ₹60 delivery charge.
- Orders of ₹799 or above: Free delivery.
Delivery charges and eligibility may be subject to the service area and delivery conditions applicable at the time of checkout.
6. DELIVERY
PawNow currently provides local delivery within selected service areas.
Our target delivery time is generally 45–90 minutes after order confirmation, depending on product availability, order preparation, traffic, weather, rider availability and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The stated delivery time is an estimated delivery window and is not a guaranteed delivery time.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address or cannot be contacted, delivery may be delayed, cancelled or returned.
7. CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.
Once an order has been prepared, dispatched or handed over for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an eligible cancellation is accepted after payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Returns and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet food, treats, litter, grooming products and other consumable products may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact PawNow as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos where applicable.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must:
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information;
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order;
- Check the order at the time of delivery where reasonably possible; and
- Use products according to the manufacturer's instructions.
PawNow is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer information, improper storage or misuse of products.
10. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality, submit false information, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The PawNow name, logo, website content, graphics, text, images and other original materials provided by PawNow are owned by or licensed to PawNow and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission, except as permitted by law.
Product names, trademarks and logos belonging to their respective manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
PawNow may use third-party services for payment processing, delivery, website functionality and other operational purposes. Use of such services may also be subject to the third party's terms and policies.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PawNow will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and fulfil accepted orders.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PawNow will not be responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, severe weather, technical failures, payment-provider issues, product availability or delivery-partner availability.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
PawNow may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with the revised "Last updated" date.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable matter.
